The simple agreement for using VitaliScore.
What VitaliScore is
VitaliScore is a wellness companion. It reads the energetic signature of objects, food, water, supplements, crystals, plants, and living beings using your phone camera, and returns a vitality score, a resonance frequency, and supportive insights. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Account and credits
A free account gives you 5 complimentary scan credits. Additional credits are available through paid plans inside the app. Credits are non-refundable once used and have no cash value. Your account and Field Journal can be deleted at any time from your profile.
Acceptable use
Use VitaliScore for personal wellness exploration. Do not use it to make medical claims about other people, to harass anyone, or to republish our results as if they were clinical findings. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scanner or scrape the app at scale.
Content you create
Your scans and journal entries belong to you. By using the app you give us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide you with the service (sync, history, sound healing recommendations). We do not sell your data and we do not use your personal scans to train third-party models.
Disclaimer
Vitality scores, resonance frequencies, and chakra readings are energetic observations, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health, dietary, veterinary, or mental health concerns. VitaliScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaliScore and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or its results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
