Billing & Refunds
How to manage your subscription depends on where you purchased it. Pick the path that matches you.
Purchased on the web (Stripe)
If you subscribed through vitaliscore.app (desktop or web), your subscription is billed through Stripe and managed by us directly. To view invoices, update your payment method, change plan, or cancel:
1. Go to login.vitaliscore.app and sign in.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Select Billing to manage or cancel your plan.

Purchased through the iPhone or iPad app (Apple)
In-app purchases on iOS are handled entirely by Apple. We cannot cancel, refund, or change these on our side.
1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Select VitaliScore to change plan or cancel.
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the VitaliScore charge, and choose Request a refund.

Purchased through the Android app (Google Play)
In-app purchases on Android are handled by Google Play. We cannot cancel, refund, or change these on our side.
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select VitaliScore to change plan or cancel.
To request a refund, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, open VitaliScore, and choose Report a problem → Request a refund.

Refund policy
Web (Stripe) purchases are refundable within 14 days of the charge if you have not used the subscription benefits significantly. Credits already consumed are not refundable. Email vitaliscore.app@gmail.com from the account email to start a refund.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow their own refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for in-app purchases, you must request them directly from Apple or Google using the links above.

Still stuck?
If you are not sure where you bought your subscription, check the receipt email. A receipt from Stripe or VitaliScore means it is a web purchase. A receipt from Apple or Google Play means it is an in-app purchase. Either way, reach support and we will point you to the right place.
